Colleen Butler

Life has taken me through many twists and turns, each adding a layer to my diverse skillset. I bring these experiences together to solve problems in a practical, efficient, and thoughtful way.
As your event support professional, my priority is you. I work behind the scenes to ensure your event runs smoothly—whether it’s a focused board meeting or a large-scale, multi-day experience with riders. My role is to handle the logistics, timing, and details that would otherwise distract you, your speakers, and your attendees from being fully present. This frees everyone up to glean the full potential of what is being presented.
If you've ever found yourself pulled in multiple directions during an event—checking on catering, managing setup, or preparing for the next day’s agenda—you know how much that can take away from your ability to engage. That’s where I come in. With me onsite, you’re free to lead, connect, and deliver the best possible experience to your members or guests.
Over the past five years, I’ve supported multiple Vistage chairs, earning their trust through consistent, behind-the-scenes excellence. In addition, I've built a well-rounded background that includes:
Confidential C-suite level assistance
Organizational leadership support
Residential property rehab and maintenance
Social media strategy and marketing
Education and virtual event integration
Event planning and coordination
This breadth of experience has sharpened my ability to anticipate needs, stay, and create solutions in real time. I am committed to professionalism, discretion, and delivering exceptional results.
Whether you need an experienced hand to manage your events, facilitate cultural transitions, or ensure smooth operations, I’m here to help you succeed—and make sure you enjoy the process along the way.
